How Our Airport Transfer Service Works
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will find our staff holding a signboard with your name at the “Arrivals” area, where other drivers also wait with nameboards. If you do not see your name on a signboard, it’s possible that you or the driver are waiting in the wrong lobby. Noi Bai has two arrival lobbies, A and B.
